Genomic ResourcesWe will use existing genomic data to look for UCEs. However, because of the diversity of this group, we will supplement these existing resources with newly sequenced genomes of eight Anthozoans. Below are some of the publicly available data that we hope to use and a list of anthozoans that we will add. We will update this page as we move forward with sequencing.
